The third meeting of the VII All-Belarusian People’s Assembly will be held in Minsk on December 17-18. 2026th for the VNS is an anniversary. 30 years from the date of the first meeting. Over the years, the main forum of the country has become the most important element of the political system of Belarus, determining the vector of its development for a long time to come. Among the delegates is the chairman of the Stolbtsovo district committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Education and Science Workers Dmitry Klimovich.

At the second meeting of the VII All-Belarusian People's Assembly, the most important strategic document for the development of our country for the next five-year period was approved along with the Concept of National Security and the Military Doctrine of the Republic of Belarus - the Program of Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2025-2030.
- The content of the program meets the requirements of the time and expectations of the Belarusian society and the state. As a resident of the village, I am impressed by the fact that it pays great attention to the development of Belarusian regions - the creation of new jobs on their territory, the construction of industrial and socially significant facilities, the commissioning of new square meters of housing for young families, including rental housing. I am sure that the achievement of the planned plans will encourage a large number of young people to choose their small homeland for further life, work on it, raise and educate their children there, said Dmitry Klimovich.
In his opinion, the implementation of the forecast indicators of the program depends on each resident of the country:
- If each of us in his workplace will be qualitatively and responsibly perform their work, the result will not be long in coming: our life will become better, and the country as a whole is more beautiful and richer. As the head of state noted, what kind of Belarus will be depends only on us.
Speaking about the second meeting held in December last year, Dmitry Klimovich emphasized the special atmosphere prevailing in the Palace of the Republic:
- During the break, my colleagues and I discussed the President’s Address to the Belarusian people. It was meaningful and emotional. As always, it bribes Alexander Lukashenko’s deep understanding of the issues under discussion, his indifference to the result and the future of our country. He knows how to talk about complex simple words, feels the mood of the audience.
The Chairman of the Stolbtsovo District Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Education and Science Workers believes that special attention will be paid to the interim results of the implementation of the Program of Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2025-2030.
- I'm sure a lot has been done. I also assume that in the current difficult time from the point of view of external security, we will talk about the measures taken by our republic to ensure national security and strengthen defense capability, said Dmitry Klimovich.
As a delegate of the All-Belarusian People’s Assembly, the interlocutor sees his main task in conveying to labor collectives the importance of state documents adopted at meetings:
- In my opinion, such meetings should also strengthen people’s confidence in the future, awaken a sense of pride for their country and their people.
He stressed that it is no coincidence that different generations are represented among the delegates of the WNC – people with different life experiences and preferences.
- But they all share a love for their country and a desire to make Belarus better and more beautiful. I think that the symbiosis of youth and experience is the key to success in any business. That is why the decisions of the All-Belarusian People’s Assembly, taken in the interests of future generations, but taking into account the life experience of senior colleagues, are the most balanced and optimal. Young people always have a lot of bold, sometimes daring ideas, but you should not accept them without looking at past experience and without critical analysis. And then seniors will lend a shoulder: they will help to assess how viable and timely the proposed ideas are, share possible ways to implement them. I am sure that it is in this interaction that solutions are born that really work for the benefit of the country, Dmitry Klimovich concluded.
