Rospotrebnadzor sent an official letter to the Ministry of Health of the UAE and the Association of Tour Operators of Russia after reports of cases of influenza A in Russian tourists in Dubai. The agency requested data on the epidemiological situation and preventive measures for travelers. This is reported by the Petersburg diary.

Tourists complain of high fever, weakness and aches in the body. Rospotrebnadzor advises to wash your hands regularly, avoid contact with patients and, if possible, not visit crowded places.

Russians already in the UAE are also advised to monitor their health and observe preventive measures.
