Rosprirodnadzor revealed 20 violations of Nizhny Novgorod municipal workers
More than 20 environmental violations found Rosprirodnadzor in the work of JSC “Nizhny Novgorod regional municipal company”

More than 20 environmental violations were detected by Rosprirodnadzor in the work of Nizhny Novgorod Regional Utilities Company. The inspection covered the enterprises of the NOCK in Volodar and Sechenov districts, reported in the interregional department of the Nizhny Novgorod region and Mordovia.
One of the violations is the discharge of wastewater into the Lyulikha River from treatment plants in the village of Central Volodarsky district: in sewage, standards were exceeded at once for several indicators. In addition, the company submitted inaccurate information about the sources of emissions. In the register of objects of negative impact on the object in the Volodar district there are only seven of 16 stationary sources, and on the object in Sechenov - one of 13. Measures to reduce emissions during adverse weather, the NOCC also did not develop.
Claims have also arisen to waste management: some of them do not have mandatory passports, there are no educational standards and limits on placement. In addition, the company does not have a production environmental control program, the declaration of payment for negative impact for 2025 was filed late, and the payment itself was not made in full and in violation of the deadline.
Rosprirodnadzor demanded to adjust the declaration and pay additional funds to the budget. The NOCC was ordered to eliminate all violations, and inspectors are now assessing the amount of damage caused to the river.
