Rosselkhoznadzor found violations in the sale of honey in Karelia
The Supervisory Authority found that some entrepreneurs in Karelia sell honey with violations of veterinary legislation

The supervisory authority found that some entrepreneurs in Karelia sell honey with violations of veterinary legislation. The main claims relate to the registration of documents in the system "Mercury":
No checks. Honey was sent to stores without conducting veterinary sanitary examination.
Fake data. The documents indicated that the studies were conducted, but the results were not in the database.
Wonderful productivity. Some beekeepers claimed the volume of 400 kg of honey from one hive. Experts note that this is physically impossible and indicates product substitution or unaccounted for bee colonies.
The Rosselkhoznadzor recalled that such fraud deprives buyers of guarantees of the safety of goods. Businessmen have been warned and the situation is under control.
