Rosselkhoznadzor found violations when importing timber to the Tula region
An individual entrepreneur from the Leninsky district of the Tula region was warned about the inadmissibility of violations

An individual entrepreneur from the Leninsky district of the Tula region was warned about the inadmissibility of violations. As reported in the Rosselkhoznadzor for the city of Moscow, Moscow and Tula regions, the reason was the import of quarantine products without notice.
The violation was detected during monitoring in the Argus-Fito system. It turned out that a quarantine certificate was issued for timber from softwood with a volume of 29.6 cubic meters, which followed from the Moscow region, but the notification of delivery of products to the management was never received.
By order of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia on the delivery of quarantine goods must be reported to the Rosselkhoznadzor, including in electronic form.
Quarantine phytosanitary control is necessary to prevent the introduction and spread of pests during the movement of products.
Earlier, "MK in Tula" reported that LLC "TZRM" from the Yefremovsk district violated the norms of quarantine when importing 30 tons of rapeseeds - this was revealed in September 2026 during an inspection in the Argus-Fito system. The company received a batch from the Orel region with a quarantine certificate, but did not notify the Rosselkhoznadzor on time (no later than one day after delivery), and the certificate itself in the system remained outstanding.
