The Rosselkhoznadzor announced a warning to the Gusevsky Central District Hospital over 173 outstanding electronic veterinary documents. Violations were revealed during the monitoring of the federal information system Mercury.
According to the Agency, the documents remained in the status of “registered” in the period from August 19 to October 15, 2026. We are talking about electronic veterinary accompanying documents (eVSD), which confirm the legality of the turnover of controlled goods of animal origin.
According to veterinary rules, after full or partial acceptance of such products, the recipient must redeem the accompanying document and indicate the actual volume of the goods received.
However, it turned out that the hospital did not redeem 173 documents. Rosselkhoznadzor regarded this as a violation of veterinary legislation and on November 2 announced a warning to the institution about the inadmissibility of non-compliance with mandatory requirements.
