Russians told about the support of private masters of the beauty industry

The press service of Avito Services announced the launch of a new stage of the project “Course for Beauty”, which is developing in support of small business. The new stage is an online intensive format with experts in service promotion, customer acquisition and professional development.

Last year, the program of the course was designed for owners and managers of salons and studios, and this year it is focused on masters who work independently.

The company explained that the program addresses the main tasks of private practice, including the development of a personal brand, the analysis of errors that interfere with obtaining customer records, as well as issues related to work with load and the prevention of burnout. The program in online format is designed for masters from different cities.

“When a master begins to work for himself, he also becomes an entrepreneur, and with this there are questions to which professional experience does not always give answers. It is useful to hear people who have already built their own business. At the same time, the tasks of a private master are different from the tasks of the salon owner, so this year we reassembled the course taking into account the peculiarities of independent work, said Igor Sannikov, Head of the Beauty Business Area at Avito Services.

According to him, this is part of consistent support for small businesses: to help specialists at different stages - from the first steps in private practice to the development of their own salon.
