9% of Russians prefer to put naughty children in a corner, since their parents did this to them as children. They believe this method is reliable, because the child can realize his misdemeanor only alone. This is evidenced by the results of the survey website KP.RU.

At the same time, other respondents advocated other ways of punishing children. For example, 43% take away a child’s gadgets or turn off the Internet if he begins to indulge.

4% admitted that they do not allow their child to walk and visit friends if they do not obey.

11% chose the “other” option. Some respondents scold the child for disobedience, while others simply do not talk to him.

The remaining 33% do not punish their children at all. In such families, everyone calmly discusses: explain what is the matter and why it is no longer necessary to do so.
