Russian after parting demanded from the former money for candy and pen

A resident of Moscow filed a lawsuit against the former girl with a demand to return gifts made for a year of relationship. The list of claims included a dining set, a notebook, a book “Psychology of Influence”, a bathrobe, a soft toy “Goose-Hugh”, as well as eaten candy of a famous brand, 19 liters of mineral water, a pack of office paper and a bottle of air conditioning for linen.

To make a statement, the ex-boyfriend used a neural network. Artificial intelligence prompted him a legal strategy: to declare in court that things were not donated, but transferred for temporary use, and to demand the recovery of “unjust enrichment”.

The total amount of damage, including the state duty, amounted to 9,350 rubles.

The girl did not bring the case to trial. To “pacify the ardor” of the former, she transferred him to the card 7 thousand rubles, after which the claims were withdrawn.
