Rtischev veterinarians came out of a wild crow after the attack of cats

In Rtishchev, a local resident took a wild crow for permanent maintenance, which he recaptured from attacking feathered street predators and took to veterinarians. This is reported by the head of the OSU “Rtischevsky district SBJ” Alexander Kolyzhenkov.

Information about the incident, the experts received after the citizen brought them an injured bird. A man found a crow in the yard of his house, hearing a loud noise and a bird's cry: two cats surrounded the wounded animal, deprived of the opportunity to rise into the air. Abandoning the attackers, the carnival took the victim to veterinary doctors. During the initial medical examination, the head of the institution, Alexander Kolyzhenkov, revealed serious tendon injuries and a severe wing fracture in the bird, after which experts treated the wound and recorded the injured limb with a bandage.

The bird will no longer be able to fly fully, which is why its return to its natural habitat is excluded. Realizing that the wild crow is doomed to captivity, the man who found it decided to keep the pet himself, giving him the name Karkusha. Now the veterinarians have already handed over to the new owner a full list of instructions for the maintenance and safety of the rescued bird.
