Not all of us, for various reasons, can easily find the right job. And then specialists of labor, employment and social protection bodies are ready to come to the aid in a difficult period. They will assist in finding a job, if necessary, conduct career guidance and send for training, help in organizing their own business or resettlement in connection with moving to work in another area. By the way, when moving to work in the countryside, citizens will receive pleasant bonuses.
This can be seen in the examples of people who decided to radically change their lives. One of these correspondents “R” found in the Soligorsk district. Decisive step

Olga Sheng, Minchanka Olga Sheng is one of those people who found themselves in a difficult life situation. After eight years in Turkey, she returned to Minsk. Since her departure from Belarus, much has changed.
- The market has become different, says Olga Sergeevna about her first impressions. This is manifested even in some official duties. For example, if earlier sales managers went to various outlets, concluded contracts, now they have turned into call center operators, there are changes in the field of activity of cafe administrators.
In addition, our interviewee was interrupted work experience. Olga has been looking for work for a long time. I contacted the employment service, which extended a helping hand. She was given a list of organizations in need of staff. Among them were enterprises of the Soligorsk district.
The choice of Olga Sheng fell on OJSC "Dobritsa", which is located in the agro-town of Zazhevichi, Soligorsk district. At the time, the farm was looking for an employee. About the process of her employment tells in detail the human resources inspector of OJSC "Dobritsa" Alexander Kovalev: - Olga Sheng was registered on unemployment, and we with the employment service offered the option of moving to the countryside and providing a home. As a result, a tripartite agreement with resettlement was concluded. Olga has to work with us for a year. Before leaving Belarus, she tried herself in various organizations. She worked as a sales specialist and a storekeeper at a furniture company. At Dobrica, Olga Sheng works as a warehouse manager.
Director of the enterprise Elena Sikorskaya was interested in a new employee. Despite the fact that Olga had an idea of primary accounting, she asked for time to settle into a new place. The manager, in turn, helped the employee to join the work process. “On June 15, Olga got a job in the organization,” recalls Elena Fedorovna. We brought her up to date, told her what it is like to work with various animal feeds, equipment, helped to transport things from Minsk. Olga showed herself as a disciplined employee and quickly learned everything.
In addition, she received comfortable service housing with the right of foreclosure. Together with her moved to the agro-town daughter. And his son, who is studying in the 11th legal class, stayed in Minsk with his grandparents. The beginning of the working day at Olga Sergeevna at seven in the morning. Therefore, it is common for her to get up with the first rays of the sun. Weekdays start with gliders. They discuss the organization of the work of technology. The warehouse manager must sign travel lists in which you need to reflect data on the tasks performed. For example, drivers, tractor drivers work in the fields, and she, in turn, keeps records of what colleagues do.
One of the fodders that harvests for the winter period of OJSC Dobritsa is a silage. This is a corn mass that is crushed by harvesters, and later the employees of the organization lay it in the trenches. The silo is then stored until it is needed for the animals. What should you be prepared for when relocating? According to Olga, the program to provide work in rural areas is necessary and interesting. Although applicants for it should understand: without certain difficulties is unlikely to do. One of them, for example, appeared in logistics.
- My daughter enjoys playing the violin. In Soligorsk, we found a beautiful music school, but there were nuances, because of which we could not attend it, the interlocutor says. Getting to the city from Zazevichy is not so easy: there are no regular passenger services, and the distance is seven kilometers.
Therefore, if you need, for example, to go to the city at lunch, then it is almost impossible to do this without a personal car. Of course, there are buses that pass by the agro-town, but they are intended for employees of Belaruskali, so the driver can stop only at his discretion. Olga even appealed to local transport workers, but the issue has not yet been resolved.
In addition, after living in a city apartment building, where all the nuances are regulated by the housing service, there may be questions with the solution of household problems in a private house.
- If a person moves from one village to another, then he is already accustomed to rural life, - says Olga Sergeevna. - But the citizens will need time to adapt. In any case, I had to get used to the new conditions, but thanks to the support of colleagues, I managed to resolve all issues.
And including the most important - with employment, says the interlocutor. In Dobritsa, she is not the first month, far-reaching plans are not yet built, but does not exclude consolidation in his workplace.
ESSENTIAL PROGRAMME
- The Employment Service has been assisting in the resettlement of the unemployed and their families in connection with moving to work in another area since 1995, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection said. Every year, thanks to our program, more than 100 unemployed families are resettled in connection with employment in another area. From January to September 2026, 90 families moved out of the city.
It is important that assistance in resettlement to rural areas for employment is carried out only for workplaces with the provision of housing.
Information about such vacancies in organizations of the country can be obtained on the information portal of the State Employment Service. Among them, for example, there is an accountant, economist, engineer, car driver, tractor driver, watchman, livestock breeder and many others.
In order to use the assistance, it is necessary to contact the Department for Labor, Employment and Social Protection at the place of registration and obtain the status of unemployed.
The body for labor, employment and social protection upon resettlement of the unemployed is paid monetary assistance in the amount of nine budgets of the subsistence minimum. Since August 1, this amount is 4773.33 rubles.
