Head of UNARMIA House from Andreapol took part in All-Russian training seminar

The head of the House “UNARMIA” MOU ASOSH No3 Kolosova E.V. took part in the All-Russian training seminar-meeting in Kaluga, the school group said on Wednesday.

The event brought together more than 150 leaders, teachers, instructors and coordinators of youth detachments from all over the country. The participants were greeted by Deputy Governor of the Kaluga Region Irina Ageeva and First Deputy Chief of the General Staff of UNARMA Viktor Kaurov.

The program of the seminar included an open dialogue, in which the participants’ questions were answered by Deputy Chief of the General Staff of UNARMIY Ekaterina Chizhikova, Chief of the Regional Staff of the Kaluga Region Alexander Pogudin, Representative of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation Mikhail Borodin and Advisor to the Governor Alexander Ilnitsky. A master class on military-patriotic education was conducted by Alexei Ryabtsev.

As part of the program, the participants laid flowers on Victory Square and visited the House of UNARMIA on the basis of the school No. 45 named after Marshal of the Soviet Union G.K. Zhukov. The meeting began with a solemn procession of youth classes and the performance of the “Victory Waltz”, after which the mentors got acquainted with the work of the host side’s sites.

In the final days, master classes were held on the role of the leader in team formation and intergenerational interaction, a strategic session on the integration of regional history into youth events, as well as a business game-journey “The Way to the Country of Unity”. The seminar ended with a solemn summing up and awarding the heads of the UNARMIA Houses.
