Ryazan doctors first used new equipment to remove adenoma

Specialists of GKB No. 11 in Ryazan for the first time conducted a urological operation to remove prostate adenoma, using innovative equipment received by the institution in early autumn. This was reported in the press service of the regional government.

They noted that thanks to the new equipment, the procedure was carried out endoscopically, without external incisions and sutures.

In the medical institution, high-tech medical care is provided in five areas:

urology, oncology, endocrine surgery, gynecology and general surgery.

For the first half of 2026, doctors of GKB No. 11 conducted 200 high-tech operations using advanced equipment.
