The Prosecutor’s office of the Yermishinsky district of the Ryazan region checked compliance with land legislation. This was reported in the press service of the supervisory authority.
It turned out that in February 2021, during the bidding between the administration and an individual entrepreneur, a lease agreement was concluded for a period of 10 years for two land plots.
In the summer of 2026, the tenant transferred this land to the sublease of an individual until January 10, 2031, while subleasing the plots provided by the results of the auction is prohibited by law.
The Prosecutor’s office appealed to the court with the requirement to recognize the sublease agreement invalid.
