Rybalchenko suggested recommending Tula experience of supporting families as a model

Chairman of the Commission of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation on demography, protection of family, childhood and traditional family values Sergey Rybalchenko considers it necessary to recommend Tula experience in supporting families and childbearing as a model for other subjects of the country. This point of view was voiced on Thursday, October 15 at a visiting meeting of the expert Council, where the Governor of the Tula region Dmitry Milyaev took part.

Sergey Rybalchenko in his speech following the meeting noted that he sees the need to pay attention to the recommendations that will be formed following the event. On the one hand, the nomination in which the "arms region" was recognized as the best - "Leader of future generations" is largely ensured by the positive dynamics of the total fertility rate, said a member of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation.

“This is a very important nomination. Both Tula and the Tula region showed it in the best light in the Central Federal District, largely due to the corporate demographic policy, which the region is very seriously engaged in. At the Public Payment site, together with the expert commission of the State Council “Family”, we reviewed your experience in detail. And I believe that it is necessary to recommend the experience, if not as the best, then as a model so that it can be used in other regions, said Sergey Rybalchenko.

At the same time, the Chairman of the Commission of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation agreed with Dmitry Milyaev that it is necessary to stimulate the regions that show positive dynamics of the growth of the total fertility rate. Financially, this is not easy, the speaker admitted. But there are other ways, such as medals and orders. This is a moral incentive that has great value.

After the ceremony, the head of the region noted in his social networks that support for family, motherhood, childhood and large families remains one of the main priorities of the state. Russian President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly stressed the importance of preserving traditional family values.

According to Milyaev, a strong and friendly family is the basis of the state, so the interests of the family and the care of children should be taken into account when developing decisions, projects and programs. The governor also stressed that having many children is becoming the norm, and wished parents that their dreams were embodied in children.
