From November 10, cars parked on Free in Kaliningrad will be evacuated

The authorities of Kaliningrad have figured out how to increase the capacity of the Free Street. From November 10, there will be a ban on stopping transport and will start the evacuation of cars. The new restrictions will affect the odd side of the site from Dmitry Donskoy Street to the house No. 25a, where signs will appear “Stop prohibited” and “Tow truck is working”.

As explained in the city administration, these measures will help to improve road safety and increase the capacity of the street, saving it from unnecessary traffic congestion.

The authorities asked city drivers and guests of the regional center to choose alternative parking places in advance and plan their routes taking into account the upcoming changes.

Earlier, “MK in Kaliningrad” said that in Svetlogorsk banned parking at the bus stop near the Serbian square.
