The Arbitration Court of the Rostov region is considering the claim of the Samara tax service against the oldest shipbuilding enterprise of the Don. Four of the company's cars, including Porsche, were arrested to secure the debt.
Interdistrict IFTS No23 in the Samara region filed a claim in the Arbitration Court of the region on October 16, 2026. The tax authority requires to recover property from Azov Shipyard in the amount of 21.4 million rubles. Information about the case appeared in the file of arbitration cases, the correspondent reports.
As an interim measure, four vehicles of the company were arrested: the 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan, the 2006 KAMAZ-65117, the 2023 Haval Dargo and the 2019 Porsche 718 Cayman. The arrest of this property the tax service imposed in the summer of 2026. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 7, 2026.
For the Azov shipyard, this is not the first claim from the regulatory authorities this year. In February 2026, the Southern Transport Prosecutor’s Office through the court achieved a fine of 180 thousand rubles for the enterprise. The basis was the use of the floating dock "Plavdok-08" with overdue classification documents. This led to the partial flooding of the dock along with the tugboat Steel, which was under repair, while other ships continued to be placed on the dock.
The history of the enterprise began in 1928 with the artel "Forward", which in 1931 was transformed into a state enterprise. Over time, the shipyard became one of the leading in the city: fishing, towing and landing vessels were built here. Since 1964, the plant produced ships for export, and in the best years it delivered up to 20 ships a year. In 1993, the enterprise was incorporated as OJSC "Azov Shipyard", and in 2002 resumed shipbuilding.
