With LLC Gorokhovetsteplogaz, salary debts were recovered

The prosecutor's office of Gorokhovets district conducted an inspection on the appeal of a former employee of the Gorokhovetsteplogaz enterprise.

The company did not pay the man his salary for April 2026. The amount of debt exceeded 72 thousand rubles.

The inspection showed that the applicant had worked for the organization as a forklift operator until May. But the funds due to him for the last full month of work were not paid.

In the interests of the employee, the prosecutor appealed to the court with a claim for debt recovery, monetary compensation for delay in payments and compensation for moral damage. The court fully satisfied the requirements of the supervisory authority. The decision has not yet entered into legal force.

In addition, according to the results of the prosecutor's inspection, a criminal case was initiated under Part 2 of Article 145.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (non-payment of wages). The investigation and the restoration of the citizen’s labor rights are under the control of the prosecutor’s office.
