From the supplier who disrupted the supply of beef UFSIN, recovered 174 thousand

The Arbitration Court of Dagestan fully satisfied the claim of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Republic and recovered more than 174 thousand rubles of losses from the company that disrupted the supply of beef.

Earlier, the Ministry signed a state contract for the supply of more than 6 thousand kg of frozen beef of the first category in the amount of more than 2 million rubles. The supplier failed to comply and the contract was terminated unilaterally. To provide the institutions with food, a second auction was announced - a new contract was concluded with another organization, but at a higher price.
