The bailiffs recovered in favor of a resident of Astrakhan material damage from an accident. The culprit of the accident was a 41-year-old resident of the Tsumadin district, according to the FSSP for Dagestan.

A resident of the Tsumadin district did not miss a car that was moving along the main road. At the time of the accident, he did not have an OSAGO policy. The court ruled to recover from the culprit 300 thousand rubles.

After notification of the initiation of enforcement proceedings, the perpetrator of the accident repaid the debt. The bailiff banned registration actions with his property and transport, foreclosed on income and bank accounts and limited travel abroad.

These restrictions affected the debtor. For the late execution of the court decision, he was additionally charged an executive fee of more than 18 thousand rubles.
