Garden perennials will decorate the streets of the villages of the Genic District

Residents of the Genic District of the Kherson region joined the action “Give beauty”: they transfer plants grown on their own plots, and then, together with party members and employees of local institutions, plant them at playgrounds, cultural houses and memorials. The organizers were the district administration and the local branch of United Russia, and several villages have already joined the initiative.

In Sokologorny, despite the rainy weather, perennial flowers were planted near the administrative building and the monument to the dead soldiers - villagers, representatives of the primary branch of the party, the territorial department and Gorzhilstroy participated in the works. In Petrovka, the territory was greened next to new children's and sports grounds, which appeared thanks to the project of integrated development of rural areas and the party project "Russian Village". In Chervon, flowerbeds were smashed near the Brotherly Grave and stele, on the alleys along the Central Street and the Alley of Glory, and in the Garden of Memory trees were additionally planted - the residents themselves shared the planting material. Azovskoe made a bet on chrysanthemums, barberry, lavender and yucca, decorating them with a house of culture, a new playground and a recreation area; support was provided by local entrepreneurs Vladimir Stryuchenko and Lenur Ibraimov.

“These initiatives resonate because people like to participate in the improvement of their village. A completely different attitude to the place, when you did something for him with your own hands and see the result, said Yulia Semyakina, secretary of the local branch of the party and head of the district.

The action will run until November 1. If after autumn works in the garden there are healthy perennials, flower bulbs or seedlings of ornamental plants, they can be transferred to the territorial departments of the administration of the Genic District, Azovkommunservis and Gorzhilstroy.
