The intervention of the service employees prompted the debtors to comply with the court decision and demolish two wooden buildings located on the border of land plots.

One of them prevented neighbors from building a fence, and the other was partially located on foreign territory. The court decided to demolish the buildings.

Debtors in conversation with bailiffs at first refused to demolish their shed and garage, claiming that the land belongs to them. Then they began to say that they could not comply with the court decision because of the trees that prevent the dismantling.

Debtors were warned about all the legal consequences of late execution of the court decision. Among the penalties could be restrictive and prohibitive measures, enforcement fees and bringing to administrative responsibility.

To avoid unnecessary problems and additional costs, citizens demolished their wooden buildings.
