Internet failures continue in the Novosibirsk region on October 15
Residents of the Novosibirsk region continue to face disruptions in the work of the Internet and digital services.

According to the monitoring service Detector404, over the past day, 48% of calls from the region were associated with general failures. Another 41% of complaints related to problems in mobile applications, and 10% related to problems with access to sites.
Among the platforms that receive complaints were Sota VPN, Yubust, Telegram and the payment service for purchases by parts of Poddi. At the same time, the presence of individual appeals does not mean that these resources are completely unavailable to all users.
Reports of problems continue to come from subscribers of telecom operators. In particular, residents of Novosibirsk complained about interruptions in the work of home and mobile Internet, the inability to open websites and use instant messengers.
Separate appeals concern Rostelecom. One of the users reported the lack of Internet in the Oktyabrsky district of Novosibirsk. In the all-Russian statistics of the service also recorded complaints about the work of wired connection and Wi-Fi.
The exact cause of the problem has not yet been established. Problems can arise both on the part of telecom operators and in the infrastructure of individual online platforms. There is no evidence of a single cause of all reported failures.
Users are advised to consider possible interruptions when making online payments and using Internet services. If the connection is missing, it is worth checking the work of other sites and clarify the information with your provider.
Earlier, MK in Novosibirsk reported that on October 14, residents of the region left more than a thousand complaints about failures of the Internet and digital services.
