Ignoring such a symptom in the hope that it will pass by itself is a serious mistake. Pain in acute pancreatitis is one of the most intense in medicine. It occurs suddenly, localized in the upper abdomen under the spoon and often girdles the back. The pain does not subside, but increases.

It cannot be tolerated and dangerous. This is a sign of a destructive process in the body, including in the pancreas.
