Miner from Revda confirmed the work in difficult conditions in Donetsk without archival documents
The court in Lovozersky district counted the resident of Revda periods of work in the mines in Donetsk, but he never received an early pension

The court in Lovozersky district counted the resident of Revda periods of work in the mines in Donetsk, but he never received an early pension. This was reported by the press service of the court of the Murmansk region.
The Pension and Social Insurance Fund excluded part of the period from the man’s experience, including work in mines in Donetsk, because there were no documents on employment in harmful conditions. The fund did not accept the work book because it was opened on the letterhead of Russia, and the work was carried out on the territory of Ukraine, and demanded additional documents.
The court disagreed. He took into account entries in the workbook about full-time work, explanations of the man about harmful working conditions and confirmed residence in the territory from 2014 to 2022. Therefore, the disputed periods were included in the insurance and special experience. He has no other evidence for an objective reason, as the local archive was lost after the fighting.
But even with these periods of preferential experience was not enough. The right to an early pension for a man did not arise either at the time of application or on the day of the court decision. The court dismissed this part of the claim. The decision has entered into force.
Earlier, MK in Murmansk reported that Murmansk young specialists will receive additional protection of labor rights from 2027.
