“It is not even theoretically possible to predict the extreme characteristics of any season. We can only say that the average temperature will be above or below normal, he said.
Winter is expected to be cold - near and above the norm, but changeable: thaws will be repeated more often than usual, and periods below minus 20 - a little longer than expected. The reason is global warming.
