Shchukin: Dagestan is able to adequately respond to serious challenges

Elected head of Dagestan Fyodor Shchukin said that the region has a thousand-year history and is the most multiethnic republic where people know how to work and achieve victories, and therefore deserve comfortable living conditions.

At the same time, speaking at the session of the People’s Assembly of Dagestan, he urged to honestly recognize the existence of serious challenges that must be solved systematically, without empty promises.

According to Shchukin, the republic is living under unprecedented sanctions pressure and a special military operation. Such circumstances require special responsibility, unity and mobilization of all resources.

The head of the region expressed confidence that Dagestan is able to adequately respond to these challenges.
