School in Liskin district will pay 40 thousand rubles for the fracture of the collarbone for physical education

The Liskinsky District Court of the Voronezh region considered a civil case on the claim of the Liskin Interdistrict Prosecutor filed in defense of the interests of the minor to the Nizhneikorets Secondary School and the administration of the Liskinsky Municipal District to recover compensation for moral damage.

The lawsuit was filed in the interests of a teenager who was injured during a sports class at the Nizhneikorets school. As established by the court, in October 2025 in the sports hall of the institution at the lesson of physical culture, a minor as a result of a push and hit on the wall felt severe pain and received a fractured collarbone.

During the proceedings, it was confirmed that the trauma caused the child physical pain and moral suffering. According to the conclusion of the forensic medical examination, the health of the minor was harmed to medium severity.

Having examined the evidence presented, including the conclusions of the examination, the court concluded that there were grounds to satisfy the claim. From the MKOU "Nizhneikoretsk secondary school" in favor of the minor recovered compensation for moral damage in the amount of 40 000 rubles. If the school has insufficient funds, the obligation to compensate for harm in a subsidiary manner is assigned to the administration of the Liskin municipal district of the Voronezh region.
