Engels students have developed new road signs

In Engels, Saratov region, road signs appeared, made according to sketches of students of the local Palace of Creativity of Children and Youth. This is reported by the regional Ministry of Road Management. "Don't pick up unfamiliar objects," "Don't use gadgets near the carriageway" - these safety-important rules remind children of new road signs.

The authors of the projects were the winners of the regional drawing competition “My Road Sign” Kamilla Uzbyakova, Daria Shugaykina, Grigory Bobkov and Elizaveta Axelrod, whose works were among the best in the region.

The first Deputy Minister of Road Management of the Saratov Region Sergey Roshchin congratulated the schoolchildren, stressing the importance of such initiatives. According to him, creative projects help children to better remember the rules of road safety.

In total, according to the results of the competition, ten models of road signs were developed. Currently, they are installed on the territory of educational institutions, where the winners study. The activities are implemented within the framework of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”, aimed, among other things, at improving road safety.
