Students of the Vladimir region got acquainted with AI and 3D modeling n

In more than 80 schools of the Vladimir region held an educational lesson “Digital lesson” on the topic “Artificial intelligence: 3D technologies”. The organizers were the regional Ministry of Education and the Vladimir Institute of Education Development. The lessons were also held in a remote format.

The initiative is implemented in support of the national projects “Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State” and “Youth and Children”. Its task is to introduce schoolchildren to modern digital tools and show how they are used in practice.

Igor Chermoshansky, head of the Vladimir branch of Sberbank, explained to students how three-dimensional models differ from conventional two-dimensional images, how 3D printers work and in what areas such technologies are in demand.

About the possibilities of artificial intelligence and its use in education told the head of the direction of the company “ElRos” Alexei Khalatin.

The organizers note that such classes help students to master new technologies and develop skills necessary for further study and work in the digital economy.
