Shuvaev: in the Belgorod region resettlement from emergency housing is ahead of schedule n

Governor Alexander Shuvaev at a meeting with the government of the Belgorod region discussed the progress of the program of resettlement of people from emergency housing under the national project “Infrastructure for life”. He noted that according to the indicators of the federal project “Housing” Belgorod region is ahead of schedule.

From 2019 to the end of 2026, the authorities planned to resettle 80.8 thousand square meters and resettle 4.7 thousand people. By mid-October, almost 5 thousand people had already been relocated, 85.66 thousand square meters were resettled.

The head of the region stressed that there is a high risk of disruption in the Yakovlevsky district due to the unresolved issue with the land for the developer. He ordered to correct the situation and find funding for the next year.

Alexander Shuvaev also tasked the Ministry of Housing and Utilities and the Ministry of Finance and Budget Policy to provide for co-financing in 2027, extend the targeted program for resettlement of citizens from the emergency fund and bring it in line with the budget.
