Moscow drivers can begin to change summer tires for winter tires in the first days of November. This was stated by the chief specialist of the Meteonovsti news agency Tatiana Pozdnyakova.

According to her, severe cooling and precipitation, which could lead to ice, are not yet predicted.

“Since the roads will be dry, so I think it is necessary to postpone the transition to the winter mode of operation until the first days of November,” the forecaster said.

Earlier, forecaster Yevgeny Tishkovets said that it is premature for Muscovites to change summer tires in October.
