Residents of the city of Ney, Kostroma region sound the alarm: flocks of stray dogs attack people right on the streets.

The situation is especially dangerous during dog weddings, when aggressive dogs pose a threat even to adults, not to mention children.

Citizens wrote about it in social networks, after which the Investigative Committee initiated an inspection. Investigators are investigating what measures are being taken to capture the animals and why the authorities allowed such a situation to happen.
