How much it costs to change the car for the winter: Chelyabinsk called their budget

To buy a set of winter tires, residents of Chelyabinsk are ready to spend an average of 33 thousand rubles. About 2.5 thousand motorists lay on tires. Such results were shown by a survey conducted by analysts of Avito Goods and Avito Advertising before the winter season.

Half of the respondents, when choosing winter tires, primarily look at reliability and safety. For 45%, good traction is important, and 41% are looking for tires that last longer.

Price also plays a prominent role. It is guided by 37% of respondents.

At the same time, a third of survey participants expect to meet 20 thousand rubles per set. Another 26% are ready to spend from 20 to 30 thousand, and every fifth – from 30 to 50 thousand rubles.

On the platform "Avito" the average cost of a set of winter tires is about 18 thousand rubles. According to the service, for the year this indicator has not changed.

With the timing of rubber replacement, Chelyabinsks are defined differently. The main benchmark for 44% of drivers is air temperature and weather forecast.

A quarter of motorists prefer to change their shoes in advance, until it is cold and there are queues at tires. The same, on the contrary, postpone the visit until the frost. Another 16% are waiting for the first snow.

Especially often this tactic is chosen by young drivers from 18 to 24 years old - 26% of representatives of this age group.

Separately, analysts found out how advertising affects the choice of tires. Seven out of ten respondents pay attention to it in one way or another, and 38% admit that advertising offers affect a purchase.

Most often, suitable ads are met by motorists on online trading platforms - 44%. Another 35% see them in search engines, 31% in social networks.
