Vacancies were provided by enterprises from different sectors: production, construction, education, housing and communal services and social services. Among the most popular positions are boiler machinists, packers, sellers, improvement workers, nurses and cleaners of office premises.
Temporary work is not “just part-time work.” As Natalia Safonova, Director of the Personnel Center of the Novgorod Region, explains, this is a real chance to prove yourself to the employer. While the fixed-term contract is valid, a person receives a salary from the company plus monthly material support from the Personnel Center. And if the employee has shown himself, he is often asked to stay on a permanent basis.
