Smolensk bailiffs recovered more than 180 thousand rubles of material damage for the bay of the apartment

In Smolensk, bailiffs of the Leninsky district branch of the FSSP of Russia helped a local resident to recover compensation for the bay of the apartment. The incident occurred due to a malfunction of the kitchen mixer in the room located on the floor above, which led to serious damage to the interior decoration and property of the affected party. As a result of the trial, a decision was made according to which the guilty party had to compensate for damages in the amount of more than 180 thousand rubles.

After receiving the writ of execution, the bailiff notified the debtor of the initiation of proceedings and explained the procedure for payment of funds. Since the woman did not voluntarily compensate for the damage, the service officers applied enforcement measures. In particular, the debtor's bank accounts were seized and registration of her vehicle was prohibited.

These restrictions were a decisive factor in the enforcement of the judgment. As a result, the entire amount of material damage was paid in full, which will allow the injured resident to carry out the necessary repairs in his apartment.
