Smolyanin paid traffic fines in a compulsory manner

In Smolensk, bailiffs forcibly recovered a debt from a local resident who accumulated 33 fines from the State Traffic Inspectorate for a total amount of about 90 thousand rubles. Previously, the man systematically violated the speed limit, but the penalties imposed for this ignored.

Since the deadline for voluntary payment has expired, the case materials were transferred to the Interdistrict Department for the recovery of administrative fines of the Federal Financial Services Service of Russia in the Smolensk region. Despite the presence of notifications about instituted enforcement proceedings in the personal account on the portal of public services, the debtor did not attempt to repay the debt.

As a result, the bailiff seized money in the bank accounts of the man and wrote off the necessary amount. In addition, for the late execution of administrative decisions, the Smolyan was obliged to pay the execution fee, which was transferred to the state revenue.
