Social Fund transferred to Lipetsk families more than 287 million rubles from matkapital

Since the beginning of 2026, the Department of the Social Fund of Russia in the Lipetsk region has transferred to the families of the region more than 287 million rubles of monthly payments from the maternity capital. More than 4,000 families are now receiving such support.

The amount of payment is tied to the child subsistence minimum in the region. In 2026, it is 15.2 thousand rubles per month.

Payment can be made by families in which the average income per person does not exceed two regional subsistence minimums per capita. This year, the threshold is 31.4 thousand rubles per month. When assessing need, income for the 12 months preceding the month before the application is taken into account. For example, when applying in October 2026, income will be taken from September 2025 to August 2026.

The calculation includes salaries, bonuses, pensions, benefits, scholarships, business income and some monetary compensation. The property of the family and the employment of the parents do not affect the right to payment. In particular, money under the social contract and tax deductions are not taken into account.

As explained by the head of the regional office of the SFR Evgeny Pavlov, if you apply within six months after the birth of the child, the payment will be appointed from the month of his birth. If you apply later – from the month of submission of the application. It can be received simultaneously with a single allowance.

You can apply through the portal "State Services", in the client service of the Social Fund or MFC. The payment is appointed for a year, but not longer than before the child reaches three years. If there are several children of suitable age in the family, the application is made for each separately.

Money is allowed to be spent on any needs of the family. When moving to another region, you do not need to refuse payment - it is enough to report a change of residence in the territorial branch of the SFR.

Thanks to digitalization, the application is now considered on average for four working days with a set period of up to five working days.
