Anastasia Nikitina, a graduate of the medical college from Ibresey, found a job in her specialty less than a month after the conclusion of the social contract.
In July 2026, the girl graduated from medical college, and on July 10, she signed a social contract in the direction of Job Search. Already on August 5, she got a job as a nurse in a specialized Child’s House “Baby” of the Ministry of Education of Chuvashia.
The social contract allowed the young specialist to receive support at the stage of searching for the first job and start professional activities in the specialty.
The Center for Social Support Measures of the Ministry of Labor of Chuvashia provides this support measure. Social contracts are implemented at the expense of state support within the framework of the national project “Family”.
