In Lipetsk, an employment contract with an employee of a municipal institution was terminated due to loss of trust. The reason was the concealment of information about the income of the spouse from entrepreneurial activities.
The violation was revealed by the Prosecutor’s office of the left-bank district. During the inspection it turned out that the woman did not indicate the income of her husband in the amount of 50 million rubles. The employer limited himself to reprimand.
The prosecutor did not agree with such a recovery and appealed to the court, demanding to terminate the contract due to loss of trust. The court granted the claim.
