According to international experts, Belarus is among the countries with favorable environmental conditions. The achievements of our country are recognized internationally. In particular, the republic demonstrates an advanced level in the field of waste management, where the volume of recycling and involvement of secondary material resources in circulation is confidently ahead of many European countries. A number of areas in ensuring environmental safety directly depends on the level of civic maturity of the population. First of all, this refers to the sorting of municipal waste. Everyone is not able to dump all their types in one urn, but to collect separately paper or plastic and throw it into a special container. We are also talking about restoring order on the ground, rational use of water and energy, culture of keeping pets.

In addition, in recent years, the volume of emissions from vehicles in the country has decreased significantly due to large-scale electric mobility. The capital is interested in the further development of electric transport – the necessary conditions are created to make it convenient to use it. The concept of placing electric charging stations has been developed in Minsk. In its implementation will take into account the places where residents most often leave cars: parking lots, large shopping centers, intercepting parking near metro stations.

About 1,300 electric charging stations are currently operating in Minsk for passenger cars. According to forecasts, in five years their number will grow to 5.5 thousand.
