The creation of a state taxi for large Tulyaks announced the Governor Milyaev

The governor of the Tula region drew attention to the problem of calling a taxi for families with a large number of children in the region and in this light announced the launch of a special state taxi for large Tula residents in the subject of the Russian Federation. This was discussed on Thursday, October 15, during a visiting meeting of the expert Council under the Presidential Council on the implementation of the state demographic and family policy.

Dmitry Milyaev began his arguments with the fact that traveling with a large family is in most cases a special event that requires preparation and elaboration of details. In the Tula region is now actively developing a complex of tourist facilities and accommodation facilities and locations that would be convenient to visit large families. This, by the way, corresponds not only to the fulfillment of an important social task, but also provides additional opportunities for the development of the Tula business. But it's not all that smooth... According to Milyaev, members of large families often pay attention to the problem of mobility.

In this regard, we propose to consider another initiative - to establish uniform rules for free parking for large families throughout the Russian Federation. Today, the conditions for providing parking benefits depend on the specific region, or even on the municipality. Meanwhile, large families are actively moving between the subjects of the country. We propose to establish the right to free parking for large families regardless of the place of residence using the federal register of large families and information about vehicles, said Dmitry Milyaev.

But that's not all the ideas the governor has put forward. For families with 6 or more daughters and sons, the possibility of introducing free parking for two vehicles at the same time should be evaluated.

The head of the "arms region" also paid attention to a taxi. According to him, if large children need to go to the park or to visit their grandmother, but they do not have a car, some resort to taxi services. But not all taxis can boast of the presence of such a capacious transport, and if there are, you can call them at a higher price. Taxi drivers are now either individual entrepreneurs or self-employed, moving on their cars, the governor noted. And to solve this problem in the Tula region next year will organize taxis for large children.

We propose to develop a new state service called Taxi for Large Families at a reduced cost. If the experience is successful, we have decided for ourselves that such a service will appear from the Tula region in 2027. If we take this story for ourselves, it seems to me that this will be a quicker decision than somewhere to somehow negotiate with the business in the transportation sector, said Dmitry Milyaev.
