Starting tomorrow, October 15, suburban buses in Murmansk will again depart from the Lower Station Square. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Murmansk region. The usual stop was returned after a month and a half.
Routes 103, 104, 104a, 105, 105a, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 134 and 140 will return to their usual place. They will be sent strictly on schedule.
The Lower Station Square in Murmansk began to be repaired at the end of August. It was planned to complete the work by September 30, but in early October the reconstruction was still ongoing. In the course of repairs, the coverage is updated and pedestrian areas are equipped. In particular, there were steps on the sidewalks: before pedestrians had to walk along the roadway to climb to the upper platform. Since September 1, commuter buses for the time of work departed from the Sport Square on Chelyuskintsev Street, and now they are returned to their usual place at the railway station.
Earlier, MK in Murmansk reported that additional flights will be launched from Snezhnogorsk to Murmansk after the cancellation of buses No. 237.
