Average earnings of miners in Kuzbass increased

According to the Ministry of Coal Industry of Kuzbass, the region recorded an increase in the average level of wages for coal employees. For workers directly engaged in coal mining, the average salary reached 119,853 rubles. This figure exceeds last year’s level for the same period by 3%.

In addition, the report refers to the average monthly productivity. For example, one coal miner produces an average of 235.5 tons.

At the moment, the total number of personnel at coal mining and processing enterprises, whose activities are related to the main one, is 80,671 people.
