Chairman of the Minsk City Council of Deputies Artem Tsuran held a reception of citizens on September 7, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports.
Residents of the house, where the work was completed in 2022, came with a complaint against the builders. It's all about the joints: they were fixed poorly, and now after the rains in the entrance there is water. However, the house is still under warranty, which means that the contractor must fix everything.
- If the work is performed poorly, and the warranty period has not expired, the contractor is obliged to redo everything. I will send an official request to the housing and communal services of the district - specialists will go to the place, fix the shortcomings and make sure that the joints are put in order, Tsuran said.

The following applicants said that they dreamed of breaking flower beds and asked to bring in black soil:
- Near the house you want flowers to please the eye. We would have broken the flower beds ourselves, but there is no land – bring black soil, and we will do everything with our own hands!
But their wishes did not end there: they noticed that there is a playground near their house, but there are not enough benches on it. Now moms often stand while the kids play, and there is nowhere to sit. The women asked for more benches.

Another resident of the district said that an old tree grows near her house, which has already caused alarm among utilities. According to the woman, specialists came and even planned to remove it, but the process was delayed. She asked to speed up the case so that in a strong wind nothing threatens passers-by. Tsuran promised to help with this issue and make sure that the work was carried out as soon as possible.
All appeals made at the meeting were accepted. Each of them will be given instructions.
