Who could expect the highest salaries in Penza in October? Analysts of one of the job search services presented five of the most attractive vacancies, in which employers offered from 100 to 300 thousand rubles a month.

Analysts of the SuperJob service studied vacancies in 17 major Russian cities, including Saratov, Tyumen, Izhevsk, Ulyanovsk, Irkutsk, Penza and others. The selection includes the most interesting salary offers of October 2026.

In Penza, the list was headed by the vacancy of the driver of category E. The employer is looking for a trucker-forwarder and offers a salary of 200 to 300 thousand rubles per month. The candidate is required to have a driving license of the relevant category, as well as skills in working with accompanying and transport documentation, acceptance and delivery of goods.

In second place was another vacancy for category E drivers. This time it's about trawling management. The applicant is offered a salary of 120 thousand rubles per month. Among the main requirements are at least three years of experience in the relevant category, confident driving with a semi-trailer and responsibility. The employer promises official employment, and the schedule is ready to discuss with the candidate.

The third line was taken by the vacancy of an engineer of control and measuring instruments and automation (KIPiA). The specialist is offered from 107 thousand rubles per month. His duties will include maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, conducting tests, putting devices into operation and developing instructions for personnel. The candidate must have a higher education and experience of similar work for three years.

The top five offers also included the vacancy of a repairman with a salary of 100 to 130 thousand rubles. The employee will be engaged in the repair and restoration of equipment. Among the requirements are work experience, ability to read drawings, possession of a locksmith tool and welding skills.

The list is closed by the supply manager, who is offered 100 thousand rubles a month. The duties of the specialist will include finding suppliers, organizing procurement, monitoring the execution of contracts and optimizing costs. The employer expects from the candidate a higher education in economics, management or logistics, as well as work experience of at least two years.

It is noteworthy that the profession of the driver was in demand not only in Penza. Vacancies with a salary of over 150 thousand rubles for such specialists were also among the best offers in October in Saratov and Ulyanovsk.

In other cities, high salaries are offered to representatives of other professions. So, in Saratov, Tyumen, Izhevsk, Khabarovsk, Yaroslavl, Ryazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Astrakhan and Kirov, the selection of the most attractive vacancies included offers for doctors.

As a result, in Penza, the highest paid vacancies of the October selection are related to cargo transportation, technical profile and supply. However, there are serious requirements behind high amounts: professional skills, specialized education and work experience are necessary.
