“Standard town” in Luhansk will be transformed into a modern living space
EIPP of the Russian Federation has developed a master plan for the development of the central part of the capital of the LPR

For the development of the central part of Luhansk, a large-scale territorial planning project has been approved. The document, developed by the Unified Institute of Spatial Planning of the Russian Federation subordinate to the Ministry of Construction of Russia, will mark the beginning of a comprehensive renovation of the Standard Town quarter.
The historical development of the 1920s, represented by two-storey houses, will be completely transformed. On the site of 57 recognized emergency buildings, a modern residential complex of six high-rise buildings with commercial space on the first floors and underground parking lots will grow.
The social component of the project is also impressive: it provides for the construction of a kindergarten for 350 seats, a school for 550 students and two multi-level garages. The improvement will also affect public spaces - the reconstruction of the park with an area of 0.29 hectares at the intersection of the streets of the Far East and Kulik is planned.
The implementation of this initiative will create a new point of attraction in the capital of the Republic, providing residents with quality infrastructure and a comfortable urban environment.
