Old tires, garbage and neglected facades: in the Volga region checked 472 objects

In the Zavolzhsky district of Ulyanovsk, 1320 cubic meters of used tires were removed from the territory. At the same time, the district administration strengthened control over the maintenance of courtyards, facades of buildings and adjacent areas. According to the results of inspections, the owners of 430 facilities eliminated violations, in 42 cases administrative protocols were drawn up.

In the Volga region, work continues to clean up the territory from accumulated debris. One of the main directions was the export of old car tires, which are collected in specially equipped mesh containers. The total volume of already exported tires reached 1320 cubic meters.

The head of Ulyanovsk Alexander Boldakin instructed the head of the administration of the Zavolzhsky district Vladislav Igonin to pay special attention to improvement. The mayor stressed that the Volga region occupies the largest area among urban areas, so maintaining order here requires constant monitoring.

First of all, we are talking about the timely release of containers for tires, cleaning garbage sites and compliance with the requirements for the maintenance of adjacent territories.

Separate claims arise against management companies, entrepreneurs and owners of private houses. In particular, in the private sector, there are cases of storage of building materials on sites that must be maintained in proper condition.

To eliminate such violations, the district administration conducts inspections and sends appropriate requirements to the owners.

In total, the claim work affected 472 objects. Comments related to the condition of the facades, garbage collection, grass mowing and the maintenance of the surrounding area.

430 owners fulfilled the requirements and eliminated the identified shortcomings. Administrative offences protocols were drawn up for the remaining 42.

Thus, most of the comments were resolved without administrative material. However, monitoring of compliance with urban improvement rules continues.

The administration of Ulyanovsk notes the need for systematic work to maintain cleanliness in the Zavolzhsky district. Special attention will be paid to the state of container sites, timely removal of waste and the responsibility of owners for the secured territories.
