During this time, a major overhaul of the roof was carried out, and the department was transferred to a round-the-clock operation mode - earlier it functioned as a day hospital, now children are under constant supervision of medical staff.

The walls of the department are already decorated with drawings of teachers of the children's art school named after A. A. Buzovkin - the institution has been conducting its project "Blessing" in children's clinics for several years. In January, the chambers were helped by MGER activists. Paints, toys, educational games and stationery sets were handed over by caring entrepreneurs of the district.

“It is important that the time spent by children in the hospital was as comfortable as possible,” said the head of the Serpukhov city district Alexei Shimko.

The next stage is the opening of the Good Room. The project is implemented on the initiative of the chief doctor of the Serpukhov hospital Ruslan Ibragimov together with the Public Reception of United Russia. For the youngest patients, this is an opportunity to play during treatment, for older children - to continue their studies and keep up with the school curriculum.
