Metropolitan police ensure public order during the celebration of the City Day

During the celebration of the 959th anniversary of Minsk, law enforcement officers ensured full control over public order. Mass events dedicated to the City Day were held without emergency situations, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports with reference to the Telegram channel “Minsk Police”.

Law enforcement was provided by police officers together with soldiers of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The main emphasis was placed on personal safety of citizens and road safety.

The operational situation in the venues of the festive events remained calm and controlled. The law enforcement tasks have been fulfilled.

The city police expressed gratitude to Minsk residents and guests for their understanding of the measures taken.
